- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- ½ tbsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl combine baking powder and seasonings Add the chicken wings and toss to combine.
Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fryer and cook for 13 minutes at 380F / 190C and flip them on the other side.
After 26 minutes of cooking, increase the temperature to 400F /200C and air fry for 5-8 more minutes until the skin is crispy and lightly brown.
Transfer to a bowl, and enjoy!
