Add a touch of Matcha Magic to your day with this Iced Brown Sugar Matcha Latte! It’s the perfect mix of matcha’s earthy goodness, sweet brown sugar, oat milk, and a hint of vanilla.

If you need a little pick me up, give this creamy and refreshing Brown Sugar Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte a try! I was inspired to make this matcha latte after my blog’s most popular coffee recipe: Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.

This beautifully layered latte is made with matcha powder, homemade brown sugar syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and the milk of your choice. You can enjoy this drink over ice or make it hot.

Brown Sugar Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ teaspoonMatcha Powder – You want to select high-quality matcha that is organic and a bright green color. Ceremonial Grade is ideal but not necessary.
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1/2 teaspoonVanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Oat Milk – Use any milk you prefer. I also enjoy almond milk with this recipe.
  • Ice,to serve – One of the most frequent questions I get is how I make my pellet ice. I don’t have any fancy machines, I just use this ice tray I got on Amazon. It comes with 4 ice trays, a scoop, and a convenient box to store the ice. I love using this ice when I’m making a mocktail or iced latte.
