Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add the chopped fillets to it. Then add green chillies, spring onions, coriander leaves and the mashed potatoes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients.

  2. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a patty. Make as many patties as you can from the mixture.

  3. Take breadcrumbs in a plate. Coat the patties in the crumbs and keep them aside.

  4. Take a baking tray and grease it with oil. Place the fish cakes on the tray. Bake the cakes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes. Once done, transfer the cakes to a plate and serve hot.
