JERSEY Shore star Angelina Pivarnick has been arrested following an incident at her New Jersey home, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
Angelina, 37, was arrested on Sunday, June 2, at her $1.3 million Freehold, NJ, mansion that she shares with her fiancé, Vinny Tortorella.

A source told The U.S. Sun that there was an incident that took place that required a visit from the Freehold Township Police Department.
Specific details could not be shared at this time regarding the incident due to the complaint being investigated by police.
A court clerk confirmed to The U.S. Sun that she was charged with "simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest on June 2."
A representative from the county also confirmed to The U.S. Sun that the reality star was arrested at 11pm on Sunday.

However, she was never brought to the county jail because she was released on summons and just issued a ticket due to the degree of the crime.
She has a court hearing scheduled for the end of July.
The case will be heard at Municipal Court, which is where both criminal and civil matters are heard - although the Superior Court is where the "more serious" criminal and civil matters are handled in New Jersey, a clerk informed The U.S. Sun.
Vinny does not have any charges against him from June 2. His involvement in the incident that went down is unclear.

Angelina and her fiancé seemed to be back to their normal routine the following day.
A source confirmed that they were both back at the house on Monday. Vinny even posted a video on social media working out.

When reached for comment on this story, Angelina's attorney told The U.S. Sun in a statement: "We look forward to resolving this matter favorably and putting it behind us.
"Angelina is home resting and has no further comment at this time."
The TV personality doesn't seem to be bothered since she posted on June 5 about an appearance next weekend in Michigan where she'll be hosting a regional competition.
REPEATING PATTERN
Angelina's NJ home, which has been featured on Jersey Shore, has had multiple visits from the Freehold Township PD in the past.
The U.S. Sun previously revealed that a dispute between her and her fiancé led to cops being called to their mansion in the early hours of November 1, 2023.
According to apolicecall log obtained by The U.S. Sun, cops arrived atAngelina and Vinny's homeat 1:31 am, presumably after celebratingHalloween.

Cops reported the call to be a "domestic" incident with no further details. The report was closed and no charges were filed at the time.
When asked for more information, the Freehold Township Police Department told The U.S. Sun in response, "This event rises to the level of a criminal investigatory record and is exempt from release under [Open Public Records Act].
"All records maintained pursuant to this act shall be confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or institution except as provided by law."
DOUBLE TROUBLE
Prior to the November incident, the last domestic dispute that was reported to police was on July 30, 2023, at 5am after Angelina called police following an alleged altercation between her andVinny.
Vinny's attorney, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, said in a statement at the time: "Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred."
Meanwhile, Angelina'sattorney said: "After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges.
"This matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would ask for privacy as it pertains to her personal life."
The couple first began dating around February 2022.
They gotengaged in New Orleansin November 2022 while filmingJersey Shore Family Vacation, but it wasn't confirmed until April 2023 when theepisode aired.
ROCKY RELATIONSHIP
It is unclear when the pair will tie the knot, however, they have yet to start wedding planning.
Days before the June 2024 police incident, Vinny appeared on Angelina's podcast, Um Hello?, to discuss their relationship.
Vinny told listeners, "Wedding plans should come very soon."
Angelina cut him off, saying, "We didn't even talk about it."
Her fiancé then insisted, "I think we should start talking about that."
Angelina explained that she would like "a baby first" since she's already been married (to her ex, Chris Larangeira).
Meanwhile, the Lashelina founder's co-star, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, is reportedly going through her own marital problems.
A source told The U.S. Sun that the couple "live apart a lot of the time," and that "within the last several months she said she hadn't seen Jionni in awhile and that he had left the house."
