Base pay range
$13.00/hr - $15.00/hr
Rate: $13.00- $15.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are seeking a make-ready technician for our 472-unitapartment community in Shreveport! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. At least 1 year ofprevious maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences
Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
Weekends as circ*mstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every three weeks
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus!
Responsibilities
Performing minor repairs and maintenance
Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
Walking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debris
Performing any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor

Work Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Weekends as circ*mstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every three weeks.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain aDriver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
